• Check your Data Magic version and build number.
- From the top Menu, click Help > About

• Backup your data
• Re-index your files:
- Go to Start > Programs > DataMagic Software > File Indexing
Utility > All Files > Start Re-Indexing
• Contact Data Magic if your build number or
version is less than 5.40, at:
Customer Service: salessupport@datamagicsoftware.com
Note:
If you have a single computer continue.
If you are connected to a network, update your SERVER FIRST. The update should be downloaded to
where the DataMagic\Data is stored. After updating
the server start Data Magic on each workstation.
