Two Types of Free Support:

• Free Email or Fax:
  Email, Fax, or use Feedback to DM Support with one (1) question*. A
  solution for your question will be emailed or faxed back to you
  
  Free Five-Minute Phone Policy:
  Gather all pertinent information and call support at (888) 954-DATA (3282)
  toll free. Quick questions* and answers are always free. When you call let
  us know that this is a "quick 5 minute question". Calls over 5 minutes are
  billed as Per Incident Support.
  
  *Our policy of giving free email, fax, and five-minute call support is not
   intended to replace conventional support.

Phone and On-Line Support:

• Priority Phone Support and On-line Computer to Computer Support:
  Call us to receive priority support by phone, additionally you can link up with
  support via computer to computer. This way we can see your screen while
  we talk you through the solution.

Contract Support

• Priority Phone and On-Line Support:

          Standard prepaid Phone Support is available at:

          • $750.00 for five (5) hours (2.50 per minute).
          • $1,200.00 for ten (10) hours (2.00 per minute).
          • $1,800.00 for twenty (20) hours (1.50 per minute).
          • Enterprise contracts for 1 or 2 years.

          Support can be banked and used over any period of time.
